Applications for the following Departments of Insurance will be submitted and pending approval for the 2012 Regional Adjusters Conferences: The Florida Dept. of Financial Services: Most sessions have been APPROVED for 1.0 hours of INTERMEDIATE adjuster continuing education credit. Please refer to Florida guideline 69B-228.080 for eligiblity. New Hampshire Insurance Dept.: Most sessions have been APPROVED for 1.5 hours of adjuster continuing education credit. North Carolina Dept. of Insurance: The Conference, as a whole, has been APPROVED for 6 hours of adjuster continuing education credit per day, for 2 days. Texas Dept. of Insurance: Most sessions have been APPROVED for 1.5 hour of adjuster continuing education credit. See the course objectives for more information Delaware Dept. of Insurance: Most sessions have been APPROVED for 1.0 hour of adjuster continuing education credit. Please refer to the Texas approvals to see which sessions have been approved. The Illinois MCLE Board may approve the Regional Adjusters Conference for a total of 12.0 General MCLE credits. Registration fee covers all educational sessions, handout materials, session breaks and reception. Full refunds less a $50 processing charge will be made for cancellations received 30 days prior to the conference. No refunds will be made after that date. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to conference@plrb.org. "Substitutions" may be accepted at the discretion of PLRB. "Substitution" means that a co-worker/co-employee of a registrant attends this entire event in place of the registrant.
